Every project below was designed, fabricated, and finished in-house for clients across the greater Tampa Bay area.

Window Film & Glass Solutions

Fix Foggy Windows Without Replacement

Restored clarity and cut glare on a Carrollwood property's windows without the cost of full glass replacement.

A property owner came to us with foggy, glare-heavy windows and a quote for full replacement that did not fit the budget. We assessed the glass and applied a professional-grade window film to address visibility, heat, and UV concerns rather than tearing out the existing units. The result kept the original frames and glass in place while improving comfort and appearance at a fraction of the replacement cost.

Channel Letter Sign

Custom Channel Letter Sign

Designed and fabricated an LED-illuminated channel letter sign for a Tampa storefront, built in-house from layout to install.

A local business needed a storefront identity that stayed legible day and night. We designed the lettering to match their brand, fabricated each channel letter with metal returns and acrylic faces, and integrated LED lighting for even nighttime illumination. Because design and fabrication happened under one roof, we kept the layout, color, and mounting details consistent through final installation.

Commercial Sign Installation

Handled fabrication and site installation of exterior signage for a Tampa Bay commercial location.

A commercial client needed durable exterior signage built and mounted to withstand Florida sun, heat, and weather. We fabricated the sign components in-house using materials chosen for outdoor longevity, then coordinated the on-site install with proper mounting and alignment. Managing both the build and the installation let us control quality from raw material through the finished, mounted sign.

Furniture

Custom Shelving Build

Built custom shelving sized to the space, combining metal structure with clean, functional finishes.

The client needed shelving that fit an awkward footprint and carried real weight without looking industrial. We measured the space, modeled the unit, and fabricated a custom frame with finishes selected to match the room. The finished build used the available wall space efficiently and was engineered for the loads the client actually planned to put on it.

Prototyping

Prototype Development

Took a concept from CAD model to a working physical prototype using 3D modeling, printing, and machining.

A client arrived with an idea that needed to become a testable object before committing to production. We worked through CAD design and 3D modeling, then produced a prototype using 3D printing and precision fabrication so the form and fit could be evaluated in hand. The prototype let the client validate the design and refine details before moving toward larger runs.

Residential

Architectural Railing System

Fabricated and installed a custom metal railing system designed to fit a residential staircase and meet code.

A homeowner wanted a railing that read as an architectural feature rather than an afterthought. We designed the system to suit the staircase, fabricated the metal components in-house, and built it to ADA guidelines and applicable code for height and spacing. The finished railing was installed to fit the existing structure and finished to match the home's interior.

Luxury Retail Display Fixtures

Produced custom retail display fixtures combining metal, acrylic, and integrated lighting for a polished in-store presentation.

A retail client needed display fixtures that elevated their products and held up to daily customer use. We designed and fabricated the fixtures in-house, combining metal structure with acrylic elements and integrated LED lighting to highlight the merchandise. Building them as true custom pieces, rather than off-the-shelf units, let the fixtures match the store's look and the exact dimensions of the products on display.

Fabrication

Steel Canopy Structure

Engineered and fabricated a custom steel canopy structure built for Florida weather and on-site assembly.

The project called for a steel canopy that could stand up to sun, rain, and wind loads typical of the Tampa Bay area. We modeled the structure, fabricated the steel members and connections in-house, and prepared the assembly for installation on site. The result was a custom canopy sized to the location and built with the durability the outdoor application demanded.

Residential

Built-In Entertainment Center

Designed and built a custom in-wall entertainment center integrated cleanly into a Tampa home's living space.

A homeowner wanted a built-in media wall that fit the room exactly and concealed equipment and wiring. We measured the space, designed the unit to the wall's dimensions, and fabricated it in-house using materials selected to match the interior. The finished built-in delivered the integrated, custom look that pre-made furniture could not provide.
